After launching the format in 2012, Casino inaugurated its sixth proximity store under the Mini Libertad format in Argentina. The store, which required an investment of Ars$ 850,000 pesos, is located in the city of Caraffa, in the province of Cordoba, and has a surface of only 220 square meters.
With this new opening, Libertad adds six proximity stores with surfaces of less than 300 square meters, where they offer around 2,900 SKUs under fresh produce and grocery categories. The group has to invest around one million Argentinean pesos for the opening of each of these stores.
